As the snow cover weakens, the sledging activity adapts.
The Monts Jura offer unique landscapes, valleys or mountains, which you can discover on board a horse-drawn carriage.
With your family or friends, discover the wildlife in the Valserine valley and the pastoral life (combe d'en haut in Mijoux) on a carriage ride.
After 15 minutes of preparation and familiarization with the horse that will take you for a ride, leave in a carriage in the middle of snowy landscapes.
They will pass before your eyes at the three paces of the horse depending on the weather. Nicolas will reveal to you the secrets of the fauna and flora of the Haut-Jura that surround you.
Dates and times: every day 9am - 10am - 11.15am.
Meeting point: parking lot of the chalet de l'Etala, route du tabagnoz in Mijoux 01410 (a banner "Ferme Equitable des Monts Jura" indicates the parking lot). You will then have to cross a snowy field on foot to reach the farm at the time of the appointment.

Price : 40 €/person.
Adults (12 years and +) and children (2 - 12 years)
Maximum 4 places per sled (2 adults and 2 children) - please note that this means that you can share the sled with other guests.
Possibility of privatizing the carriage in the afternoons: 2pm - 3:15pm - 4:15pm.
Price: 150 €/ the sled for 4 people (2 adults and 3 children) or 5 people.
Additional information:
Recommendation to arrive 15 min before, time to park and reach the farm on foot.
Possibility to privatize the sled in the afternoon - See "Privatized carriage".
